Born in Missouri, Melissa Wyatt relocated to Oklahoma as a child. She grew up in and graduated from Pryor High School before attending Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee for a year. She transferred to Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education.
Before launching her career in real estate, Melissa taught for 30 years in the Union Public School district, spending the last 12 years at the alternative high school, working with the ASPIRE program teaching English, Leadership, and Life skills. “The best part of my job was helping teens and watching them succeed!” says Melissa. “Graduation days were always very emotional.”
Melissa always had the thought in the back of her mind that she would go into the real estate field once she retired from teaching. When reflecting on what aspects of her past career would transfer to real estate, Melissa said her strongest traits are, “Being a good listener and being able to guide people to make informed decisions.” She brings her buyers and sellers the unique ability to not only listen to, but also understand what they want and need. “I strive to give my clients information so they can reach their personal real estate goals.”

A consistent multi-million dollar producer for the years 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, Melissa assists both buyers and sellers with all of their transactions. “Whether they are first time home buyers, downsizers, looking for larger homes to grow their family, or wanting to build a new home, I have the tools and knowledge to help make their experience the best it can be.”
Melissa holds her Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and Residential Construction Certified (RCC) designations.
